Change Management Senior Consultant (Oracle Fusion ERP)

About the role

The Change Management Senior Consultant will lead organizational change initiatives for a large‑scale migration from Oracle E‑Business Suite to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will ensure business readiness, stakeholder engagement, and sustained user adoption throughout the transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an OCM strategy, framework and roadmap for ERP transformation.
• Identify stakeholders, conduct impact assessments and design communication and awareness campaigns.
• Create and deliver change‑management materials, executive presentations, newsletters, workshops and user communications.
• Design training programs, end‑user enablement and knowledge‑transfer plans.
• Assess organizational readiness, monitor resistance and recommend corrective actions.
• Facilitate workshops, focus groups and feedback sessions.
• Support UAT, go‑live preparation and hyper‑care activities.
• Track adoption metrics and establish change‑governance mechanisms post‑implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.
• Prosci ADKAR certification (required).
• At least 5 years of experience in organizational change management, business transformation or change enablement.
• Proven experience with ERP implementations or migrations (Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and training experience.
