About the role

The CEO will lead a fast‑growing gym chain in Saudi Arabia, shaping its strategic direction and driving expansion across the region. Reporting directly to the board, the role combines operational oversight with brand development to position the company as a market leader in fitness and wellness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans that accelerate growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the member experience across all locations.
• Lead business development initiatives, including entry into new markets and formation of strategic partnerships.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring high standards of service, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing leadership team, fostering a culture aligned with the brand’s values.
• Drive marketing, branding, and community engagement strategies to increase membership and loyalty.
• Manage financial performance, budgeting, and reporting to sustain profitability.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and industry standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a CEO or senior executive in fitness, health, or hospitality, preferably within the GCC.
• Deep understanding of Saudi consumer behavior and regulatory environment.
• 10+ years of leadership experience with a track record of growth and operational improvement.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Financial acumen with full P&L responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management or related field; advanced degree advantageous.
