Chief Sales & Marketing Officer – Real Estate

About the role

The Chief Sales & Marketing Officer (CSMO) will lead the commercial strategy for mega and master‑planned real‑estate developments across the Kingdom, aligning revenue growth with Saudi Vision 2030 housing objectives and national home‑ownership programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute multi‑year commercial strategies that support Vision 2030 housing targets, master‑plan absorption schedules and top‑line revenue goals.
• Oversee all off‑plan marketing, pre‑sales, escrow management and contracting activities to ensure strict compliance with Wafi regulations and Real Estate General Authority directives.
• Collaborate with legal, finance and project teams to manage escrow accounts, milestone billing and construction‑linked payment schedules.
• Monitor macro‑economic and real‑estate market trends in Saudi Arabia, including supply‑demand dynamics, tax implications and demographic shifts.
• Build and institutionalise partnerships with government entities, mortgage providers and institutional investors to expand financing channels.
• Lead pricing, installment structures and product positioning across affordable, mid‑tier, premium and luxury asset classes.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of senior commercial leadership experience in real‑estate development or related sectors.
• Deep knowledge of Saudi Vision 2030 housing policies, Wafi compliance and REGA regulations.
• Proven track record of driving large‑scale revenue growth and managing complex stakeholder ecosystems.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and adjust commercial strategies accordingly.
