Community Supervisor

About the role

The Community Supervisor creates a vibrant, inclusive living environment within a residential compound. Acting as the main point of contact for residents, the role focuses on communication, relationship‑building and the organisation of activities for adults and children.

Key responsibilities

• Lead move‑in orientation, introduce community rules, facilities and communication channels.
• Welcome new residents and ensure smooth integration.
• Address and mediate interpersonal issues, de‑escalating situations professionally.
• Maintain regular communication with residents and share updates on events and activities.
• Collect resident feedback and relay it to the Compound Manager.
• Plan, coordinate and execute the annual community events calendar in collaboration with the Marketing team.
• Organise social, cultural and seasonal events, and be present during activities to strengthen relationships.
• Coordinate with vendors, entertainers and external partners for recurring programmes.
• Develop and oversee sports and recreation programmes, including tournaments, leagues and fitness sessions.
• Source, evaluate and onboard coaches and activity providers for a range of sports and wellness activities.
• Supervise weekly activities for kids, teens, families and fitness groups, working closely with Marketing and Recreation teams.

Required profile

• European background preferred.
• Previous experience in residential compounds, hospitality, hotels or similar community‑focused environments.
• Strong communication, mediation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple events and programmes simultaneously.
