Civil Engineer – Site Supervision

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia, responsible for supervising and monitoring civil construction activities on‑site. The role ensures that all works are carried out in line with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards while coordinating with all project stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor civil construction activities at project sites.
• Ensure execution of work according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other project teams.
• Review engineering drawings, technical documents, and project specifications.
• Monitor project progress and adherence to the approved schedule.
• Conduct site inspections to verify safety and quality compliance.
• Identify and resolve technical and site‑related issues.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Manage proper use of materials, resources, and work quality.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of site activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant experience in civil construction projects.
• Valid registration/license with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage on‑site responsibilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site and meet project deadlines.
