Clinic Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role
We are looking for a Clinic Talent Acquisition Specialist to support Nahdi’s hiring needs in line with the annual manpower plan. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting vacancies to onboarding new hires, while promoting Nahdi as an employer of choice.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a recruitment action plan aligned with the annual hiring targets.
- Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews for assigned vacancies.
- Arrange technical interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Plan and manage recruitment events to strengthen employer branding.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees.
Required profile
- BSc degree.
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Strong computer skills, especially with the MS Office suite.

What we offer
- Standard working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM with a 1‑hour break.
- 5‑day work week with 2 days off.
- Predominantly indoor work environment (90%).
