About the role

The Talent Acquisition Team at Building No. 20 of King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to lead patient‑centered care for a specific population. This full‑time, onsite position supports multidisciplinary collaboration, quality improvement and mentorship of nursing staff.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for the assigned patient population, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Act as a consultant to the multidisciplinary team, promoting evidence‑based practice and continuous quality improvement.
• Develop, implement and revise policies, procedures and protocols in partnership with the team.
• Coordinate and document patient care using nursing care plans, medical records and teaching materials.
• Provide mentorship and develop educational programs for nursing staff in collaboration with Nursing Development and Saudization personnel.
• Lead routine patient‑care review meetings, case conferences and maintain accurate data collection.
• Prepare statistical and graphical reports on program performance and liaise with internal and external organizations to benchmark best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum of 48 months (4 years) of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Commitment to patient safety, quality outcomes and professional development.
