Clinical Support Specialist – Joint Replacement (Western Region)

About the role

The Clinical Support Specialist will provide hands‑on assistance for Stryker joint replacement products across the Western Region of Saudi Arabia. Working closely with local sales representatives, you will ensure surgeons and theatre staff receive optimal product training and support, contributing to best‑in‑class patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Attend surgical cases in theatres and clinical settings to deliver product support and training.
• Audit and manage Stryker inventory, including implants, disposables, and instruments, ensuring proper rotation and consignment practices.
• Conduct product trials, evaluations, and workshops for healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, tailoring solutions for complex cases.
• Stay informed on local healthcare strategies and Stryker’s broader portfolio to recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare accurate documentation and case‑order forms for invoicing and reporting.
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager and team members to share feedback and drive product improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in medical, biomedical or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a clinical support/application specialist, nurse, or biomedical engineer.
• Experience working in a clinical or theatre environment.
• Fluency in Arabic and good command of English.
• Valid Saudi driving licence.
