Cluster Food & Beverage Marketing Manager

About the role

Red Sea Global Hospitality is seeking a Cluster F&B Marketing Manager to lead the media and marketing strategy for its food and beverage outlets across the cluster. Working closely with Restaurant General Managers, the Cluster Director of Food & Beverage, and the PR & Marketing teams, you will shape and execute the annual F&B marketing plan to boost brand visibility and drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual F&B marketing strategy and action plan, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Preserve brand and concept integrity across all marketing touchpoints.
• Design and launch innovative campaigns that increase awareness of outlets, offerings, and the team.
• Lead the digital strategy, managing website/landing page content, social media, and electronic marketing platforms from planning to reporting.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information on partner and third‑party sites and oversee online reputation on review platforms.
• Manage subscriber databases while complying with privacy regulations and the company’s privacy policy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in food & beverage marketing within a hospitality environment.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing actions.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams including sales, PR, and operations.
