About the role

The Commercial Coordinator supports the textile commercial team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating with internal and external partners, and ensuring smooth execution of sales, procurement, and contract activities. This position is essential for maintaining operational efficiency and driving revenue growth within the textile business.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate commercial activities, meetings, and project timelines.
• Assist in preparing proposals and commercial agreements.
• Monitor order processing, pricing updates, and contract compliance.
• Track sales performance and generate regular reports and dashboards.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, pricing, and sales data.
• Prepare, review, and maintain contracts and legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and commercial terms.
• Support automation and standardisation initiatives.
• Handle scheduling, correspondence, and document control.
