Commercial Director - Manufacturing

About the role

Albawani is seeking a Commercial Director for its subsidiary Zuha Company to lead the commercial function of its wood, metal and modular‑pods manufacturing businesses. The role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on execution in a semi‑startup environment, aiming to drive revenue growth, profitability and market expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a scalable commercial strategy aligned with manufacturing capacity.
• Define a multi‑year revenue roadmap for wood, metal and modular factories.
• Establish pricing frameworks, margin protection and discount control mechanisms.
• Design and implement a structured annual operating plan for the commercial function.
• Build commercial policies, approval matrices and delegation of authority.
• Identify high‑value strategic accounts and assign ownership models.
• Lead quarterly commercial strategy reviews with executive leadership.
• Monitor backlog quality, revenue predictability and pipeline health.
• Personally close strategic and high‑value deals.
• Implement a sales pipeline management system with stage‑gate controls and CRM reporting standards.
• Define sales KPIs and develop a forecasting model integrated with production planning.

Required profile

• Proven senior commercial leadership experience in manufacturing or construction environments.
• Strong track record of building and executing commercial strategies that deliver sustainable growth.
• Ability to balance aggressive growth targets with cash‑flow sustainability.
• Experience managing sales, business development, contracts, claims and performance management functions.
