About the role

The Commercial Manager supports Nokia’s Global Business Operations by preparing business cases, analysing pricing, and ensuring competitive commercial terms for sales opportunities. Working closely with sales, product, legal and finance teams, the role drives profitable growth through rigorous deal analysis and first‑level approval.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct pricing analysis using commercial management tools to support deal assessments.
  • Review and approve quote requests, collaborating with sales to resolve inconsistencies.
  • Develop and propose commercial strategies to maximise revenue and margin.
  • Define and manage pricing strategies together with Product Line Management and Services.
  • Analyse commercial terms and coordinate contract modifications with legal and finance experts.
  • Act as the first‑level deal approval manager, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Prepare commercial analyses and rapid responses for sales and executive requests.
  • Engage cross‑functional teams to promote effective communication and collaboration.

Required profile

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, focusing on commercial, sales operations, program or business management.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen with a focus on pricing strategies and margin improvement.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
