Commercial Procurement Manager

About the role

Reef Group is looking for an experienced Commercial Procurement Manager to lead the sourcing of production materials and finished goods in Riyadh. The role ensures material availability, quality and cost‑effectiveness while supporting the company’s fast‑growing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial purchasing requests for production materials and finished goods in line with approved plans.
• Collaborate with Planning and Production teams to define quantities and supply schedules.
• Lead supplier negotiations, improve pricing, commercial terms and contractual agreements.
• Monitor purchase orders from approval through delivery, ensuring supplier commitment to timelines.
• Evaluate supplier performance on quality, responsiveness and delivery, and address any disruptions.
• Develop alternative sourcing solutions to maintain operational continuity.
• Maintain supplier records, pricing and contract terms in ERP systems.
• Analyse procurement costs, identify optimisation opportunities and support short‑ and medium‑term procurement planning.
• Prepare periodic reports on procurement performance, supplier compliance and operational challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance or related field.
• 7–9 years of experience in commercial procurement, supply chain or purchasing operations.
• Background in retail, FMCG, manufacturing or related industries is highly preferred.
