Commis 1 Chef – Breakfast and Room Service

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a motivated Commis 1 Chef to join its culinary team in Riyadh, focusing on breakfast and room service operations. The role supports the kitchen team and ensures dishes meet hotel standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and presenting breakfast and room service dishes according to hotel standards.
• Ensure mise en place is ready before service and keep the workstation clean.
• Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Follow hygiene, food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Handle food items and ingredients carefully to minimise waste and maintain quality.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Commis 1 in a hotel.
• Passion for cooking, with good knowledge of breakfast preparation and international cuisine.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently during early shifts.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn and attention to detail.
