Marketing & Communications Manager - MENA

About the role

Kings League is a 7-a-side football league with teams chaired by top streamers and content creators, combining football and e-sports. As Marketing & Communications Manager for the MENA region, you will drive the growth of the Kings League brand across the region, working closely with the global team to run regional marketing, communications and fan engagement initiatives that raise brand awareness, grow the community and support the league's development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional marketing strategy across MENA, adapting global campaigns to local markets and cultural nuances, and coordinating multi-channel campaigns across digital and live activations
• Execute the regional PR and communications strategy, build relationships with media, creators, influencers and key stakeholders, and support media outreach, corporate communications and reputation management
• Assist with crisis communications when required
• Develop initiatives that grow and engage the community, coordinate local activations with creators, ambassadors, clubs and partners, and support the promotion of competitions, events and key launches
• Manage campaign budgets, timelines and external agencies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and track campaign performance to optimise based on data and insights

Required profile

• 8 years of experience in marketing and communications
• Experience in sports, entertainment, media or gaming
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required
• Experience working across MENA markets is a strong advantage
