Creative & Brand Communications Manager

About the role

Artfield Co. LTD is looking for a Creative & Brand Communications Manager in Jeddah. The role leads and coordinates creative work across design, photography and digital content, and develops the company's brand identity and visual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with graphic designers, web designers and photographers.
• Develop and maintain brand identities and visual communication standards.
• Direct photography and video production for projects, factories and installations.
• Oversee company profiles, portfolios, websites and digital content.
• Develop content strategies, creative concepts and brand messaging.
• Plan and manage social media content and communication activities.
• Research competitors, industry exhibitions and marketing opportunities.
• Contribute to future marketing strategies with management.
• Use AI tools to improve creative workflows and productivity.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Digital Media or a related field.
• 4-7 years of relevant experience, including team coordination or supervision.
• Experience in creative direction, content development and photography supervision.
• Good understanding of branding, digital marketing and website management.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Preferred: experience in architecture, interior design, furniture, luxury hospitality or related industries.

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and digital design tools.
