About the role
We are looking for an experienced Construction Disputes Counsel to join the legal team of a leading Saudi giga‑project based in Riyadh. The position offers the chance to work on high‑value construction, engineering and finance disputes within an international in‑house environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on a wide range of construction, engineering and commercial contract claims.
- Manage dispute and arbitration processes, coordinating with external counsel as required.
- Draft and review documentation related to disputes, arbitrations and litigation.
- Offer strategic guidance to minimise legal and commercial risk.
Required profile
- Common‑law qualified lawyer with 5–12 years post‑qualification experience.
- Background in top law firms or international corporate legal departments.
- Demonstrated expertise in complex, high‑value construction and infrastructure projects and related disputes.
