About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Disputes Counsel to join the legal team of a leading Saudi giga‑project based in Riyadh. The position offers the chance to work on high‑value construction, engineering and finance disputes within an international in‑house environment.

Key responsibilities

Provide legal advice on a wide range of construction, engineering and commercial contract claims.
Manage dispute and arbitration processes, coordinating with external counsel as required.
Draft and review documentation related to disputes, arbitrations and litigation.
Offer strategic guidance to minimise legal and commercial risk.

Required profile

Common‑law qualified lawyer with 5–12 years post‑qualification experience.
Background in top law firms or international corporate legal departments.
Demonstrated expertise in complex, high‑value construction and infrastructure projects and related disputes.
