Consultant ENT (Head & Neck Surgery) – Riyadh

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Consultant ENT – Head & Neck Surgeon to join a leading healthcare organization in Saudi Arabia. The role involves delivering expert diagnostic, medical and surgical care for ear, nose, throat, head and neck disorders in a modern, multidisciplinary environment.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of ENT and head & neck conditions in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Perform advanced surgical procedures on the ear, nose, throat, salivary glands, thyroid and head & neck regions.
• Evaluate and treat patients with head and neck tumors, airway, voice and swallowing disorders.
• Conduct endoscopic examinations and use advanced diagnostic techniques.
• Provide pre‑operative, intra‑operative and post‑operative patient care.
• Collaborate with oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, speech therapists and other specialists.
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and clinical case discussions.
• Provide emergency ENT coverage and supervise junior staff.
• Contribute to quality improvement, clinical audits, research activities and CME programs.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and board certification/fellowship in Otolaryngology.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Consultant ENT specialist.
• Eligibility for licensure with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
• Strong clinical, surgical and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
