Content Creator – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

The Content Creator will bring Rosewood AMAALA’s ultra‑luxury destination to life through compelling visual storytelling. Working closely with Communications and Digital Marketing, you will produce photography, video, reels and graphic assets that support digital, social, PR and brand initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality photo and video content across rooms, villas, wellness, dining, experiences and destination settings.
• Edit and produce digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite for social media, website and promotional use.
• Design branded digital and print materials, including social templates, collateral and promotional graphics.
• Support social media storytelling, influencer campaigns and on‑property activations.
• Maintain organized content libraries and ensure brand consistency across all visual output.
• Collaborate with Marketing, PR, Events and Operations teams to meet content needs.
• Ensure all content complies with Rosewood brand standards and destination protocols.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Photography/Film or related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in content creation, photography, videography or graphic design, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical excellence.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours and conduct outdoor shoots in large‑scale resort environments.
