About the role
The Marketing Executive will support the department’s efficient operation, aligning with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards. This role focuses on delivering internal and external marketing intelligence to drive revenue growth and profitability for the hotel.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Marketing/Sales or Marketing Manager – Strategy in gathering and analysing market data.
- Provide actionable insights to marketing and sales teams to inform decision‑making.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities.
- Support the development of marketing campaigns that meet guest, employee and owner expectations.
- Ensure departmental activities comply with brand standards and corporate guidelines.
Required profile
- University degree in Strategic Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism Management; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Marketing Analyst or in a supervisory/managerial hotel role.
- Strong strategic orientation with solid problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent administrative and interpersonal skills.
