Contract Manager – Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager – Projects to lead contract administration and commercial management for instrumentation, SCADA, PLC, MBS, Smart Cities and Industrial 4.0 digital solutions projects in Dammam.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle from tender to project close‑out, including review, negotiation and administration of contracts, sub‑contracts, amendments and variation orders.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, company policies and Saudi regulations while handling contractual risks, claims and disputes.
• Support material estimation and costing for instrumentation, SCADA, PLC, MBS and industrial digital solutions; assist budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Participate in bid and tender processes: prepare commercial proposals, costings, pricing and assess contractual risks.
• Coordinate with project managers, procurement, engineering and finance to monitor deliverables, milestones, invoicing and final accounts.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors on contractual matters and support commercial negotiations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 8 years of contract management experience in automation, instrumentation or digital‑solution projects.
• Proven track record in commercial negotiations, bid support and contract administration.
• Experience in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, Manufacturing, Infrastructure and Industrial facilities.
