Contracts Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to lead contract administration within our construction and contracting projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing the full contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks across government and private sector engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Review and negotiate new contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
• Manage existing agreements, monitor performance, and coordinate renewals.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks, handling claims and ensuring compliance.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to resolve contractual issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Law or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in contract management within the construction sector.
• Proven track record managing contracts with both government and private sector clients.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and communication abilities.
