Contracts Manager (Riyadh)

About the role

We're looking for a detail‑oriented and organized Contracts Administration Manager to join our organization in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role you will oversee the complete contract lifecycle, from initial drafting and negotiation through execution and renewal. You will serve as a key liaison between internal departments and external partners, ensuring all contractual obligations are met while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including preparation, review, negotiation and execution of commercial, vendor and service agreements.
• Analyze contract terms to identify risks, inconsistencies and required clarifications.
• Maintain a centralized contract repository with version control and easy stakeholder access.
• Monitor contract performance, key dates, milestones and renewal deadlines to prevent lapses.
• Coordinate with legal, procurement, finance and operations to ensure timely execution and compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in contracts administration, procurement or related fields.
• Demonstrated expertise in drafting, reviewing, negotiating and administering contracts.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Advanced organizational and time‑management skills, able to handle multiple contracts simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with contract management software.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with e‑signature platforms and digital contract management tools.
• Knowledge of database management systems.
