Control Tower Analyst – Logistics Operations

About the role

Lenovo is looking for a motivated Control Tower Analyst to manage the flow of logistics operations in its Control Tower. Based in Saudi Arabia, you will ensure full visibility of shipments across all modes of transport and act as the main liaison between 3PL carriers and internal supply‑chain teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and track Lenovo shipments across all modes of transport (MOT) in real time.
• Maintain communication between 3PL carriers, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
• Generate and update operational performance reports.
• Provide logistical support to resolve issues and bottlenecks.
• Identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.

Required profile

• Proficient written and verbal English communication.
• High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency.
• Experience in logistics or supply‑chain environments is a plus.

Required skills

• SAP (functional experience preferred, not mandatory)
• Microsoft Office suite
