Corporate Finance & Cash Management Division Head

About the role

The Corporate Finance & Cash Management Division Head will lead treasury, working capital and cash management functions for YASREF. The role ensures sufficient liquidity, optimises the capital structure and supports strategic decision‑making through robust financial analysis and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor cash management and excess fund investment activities to meet business priorities.
• Manage the full budget process, including periodic forecasting, balance‑sheet controls and timely financial reporting.
• Provide treasury and business analysis, interpret data and generate reports for senior management.
• Advise the Board and shareholders on YASREF’s capital structure, debt profile and optimal financing solutions.
• Contribute to the development of annual operational plans and improve finance‑related processes, policies and systems.
• Establish and track KPIs, ensuring alignment with division performance objectives.
• Promote HSE culture, ensure regulatory compliance and oversee related training for the team.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in treasury, cash management, corporate finance or related fields.
• Proven track record in managing large‑scale budget processes and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret financial data and support strategic decisions.
• Leadership experience with responsibility for developing and coaching finance teams.
