Country Manager

About the role

The Country Manager leads all operational, technical and sales activities for the country, driving revenue growth, efficiency and profitability while fostering a high‑performing work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic business plan focused on growth, sales execution and brand positioning.
• Lead the local Quality Evaluation (QE) team, overseeing business management and personnel development.
• Collaborate with the President and peers to share resources, ideas and best practices.
• Make management and strategic decisions to improve performance and prepare aggressive yet realistic budgets.
• Promote the ABS brand as its ambassador and ensure competitive pricing aligned with guidelines.
• Identify market opportunities, new services and acquisitions based on deep market knowledge.
• Support international sales, control costs, and maintain high service delivery standards.
• Implement group processes for IT, HR, Legal, Compliance, Finance and ensure robust financial controls.
• Uphold the ABS Code of Integrity, ensure safety culture and manage talent development.
• Oversee backlog, accounts receivable, cash flow, DSO and achieve key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; graduate business degree is a plus.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in management systems certification.
• Proven P&L responsibility and experience managing large teams.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and multicultural awareness.
• Fluency in the local language and English.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
