Country Technology Manager (Saudi National)

About the role

The Country Technology Manager (CTM) for Saudi Arabia ensures continuous availability, high performance, and robust security of all production‑environment applications supporting business and operational functions. The CTM oversees local data‑centres, servers, networking, storage, connectivity gateways and telephony systems while driving technology initiatives and aligning them with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve stability, capacity and security of local IT infrastructure.
• Manage obsolescence, plan and execute modernization projects.
• Implement strict production change controls and governance.
• Coordinate high‑severity incident response and lead root‑cause analysis.
• Review and approve business change requests to protect system stability.
• Lead service‑review meetings with ITSC, PSS and other stakeholders.
• Develop and monitor the country‑specific technology budget.
• Facilitate audits, risk‑management discussions and compliance activities.

Required profile

• Saudi national with extensive experience in managing enterprise‑level IT infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and vendor relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, especially in incident management.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge business and technology stakeholders.
