CRM Engineer – Platform Development & Support

About the role

The CRM Engineer will design, configure, maintain and support the company’s CRM platforms, primarily Salesforce, ensuring they meet business needs across sales, marketing, service and operations. The role works closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver automated processes, insightful dashboards and reliable integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Configure CRM objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, approval processes and user permissions.
• Develop customizations and automations for lead, opportunity, case and service management.
• Build and enhance dashboards, reports and data views to improve reporting accuracy.
• Provide daily technical support, troubleshoot user access, data and workflow issues, and monitor system performance.
• Assist with platform releases, upgrades, testing and deployment, maintaining full documentation.
• Gather business requirements, translate them into CRM solutions and recommend process improvements.
• Support integrations with internal and external systems, manage API connections, data imports/exports and data quality activities.
• Prepare test cases, support user acceptance testing and manage change deployment across environments.
• Create user guides, FAQs and training materials to promote adoption.

Required profile

• Proven experience configuring and developing on CRM platforms, especially Salesforce.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders to capture requirements and design solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for user, data and integration issues.
• Experience with testing, deployment and documentation of CRM changes.
• Good communication skills to support training and user adoption.
