Customer Platform Architect – Middle East

About the role

The Customer Platform Architect will support Filigran’s customers in deploying on‑premise infrastructure for Filigran products, performing health checks, and advising during pre‑sales. The role ensures proper sizing, adapts deployments to specific technological and security contexts, and guarantees reliable threat‑management operations.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers through platform design, implementation, and configuration based on their requirements.
• Diagnose, resolve, and anticipate technical infrastructure issues.
• Conduct on‑demand platform health checks and recommend improvements.
• Write and maintain clear architecture documentation for all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product, Solution Engineers, and Engineering teams to integrate architectural needs and support pre‑sales efforts.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in on‑premise infrastructure (servers, networking, virtualization, storage).
• Experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands‑on experience with container runtimes (Docker, Podman) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes architecture and Helm‑based deployments.
• Proven problem‑solving ability for complex infrastructure issues.
• Background in customer‑facing technical roles.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Comfortable working remotely in an async‑first environment with high autonomy.
