Customer Service Supervisor

About the role

Ecolab is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to lead the Corporate Account team, ensuring high‑quality service for both internal and external customers across Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. The role combines hands‑on support, coaching, and strategic oversight of daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, complaints, and service issues promptly.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
• Oversee daily customer service workflows, ensuring smooth order processing, shipment coordination, and invoicing.
• Manage invoicing activities, guaranteeing that all invoices are sent to customers within 72 hours and resolving any related discrepancies.
• Implement and enforce service standards, processes, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Support sales‑related tasks and coordinate operations for both Saudi and Bahrain regions.
• Assist the team with ad‑hoc duties to ensure overall success.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service or supervisory roles, preferably within a corporate or multi‑regional environment.
• Strong decision‑making ability, accuracy, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently while providing leadership to the team.
