Customer Success Specialist – Restaurant Accounts

About the role

Ballurh is seeking a proactive Customer Success Specialist to manage a portfolio of restaurant clients in Riyadh. This role focuses on driving performance, growth, and revenue recovery for partner restaurants using Ballurh’s analytics platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day relationships and results for an assigned set of restaurant accounts.
• Analyze each restaurant’s sales, orders, ad campaigns, operational metrics and ROI.
• Develop clear account plans and actionable recommendations based on data insights.
• Lead regular client review meetings and ensure agreed actions are completed.
• Execute growth initiatives, revenue‑recovery actions, disputes, campaigns and offers as directed by the Customer Success Lead.
• Identify performance gaps, account risks and new growth opportunities early.
• Maintain up‑to‑date account records, priorities and next steps.
• Attend client meetings and on‑site restaurant visits when required.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in account management, customer success, restaurant partnerships, vendor or commercial operations.
• Saudi nationals based in Riyadh are strongly preferred.
• Prior experience with food‑delivery or restaurant‑technology platforms such as HungerStation, Jahez, Keeta, TheChefz or Talabat.
• Strong Arabic communication skills and professional English.
• Excellent ownership, responsiveness, organization and follow‑through.
• Ability to manage multiple restaurant accounts and workflows simultaneously.
• Comfortable meeting restaurant owners and operations teams.
• Available to work full‑time from Ballurh’s Riyadh office.
