Cyber Security Advisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Advisor to shape and strengthen our cybersecurity strategy, governance and risk management across the organization. The role works closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with local and international regulations and to protect our digital assets in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of cybersecurity policies, standards and procedures.
• Oversee cyber risk assessments, compliance activities and continuous improvement of security controls.
• Provide strategic guidance on emerging threats and advise senior management on security enhancements.
• Support incident response, business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure secure implementation of systems and technologies.
• Promote a strong security awareness culture throughout the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security governance or related fields.
• Proven experience in large, government or semi‑government environments is preferred.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
