Data Analyst – Power BI & KPI Specialist

About the role

The Data Analyst will support executive management by turning organizational data into actionable insights. You will design interactive Power BI dashboards, monitor key performance indicators, and contribute to risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and report on organizational KPIs and performance metrics.
• Support the development and implementation of performance measurement frameworks.
• Track business performance against strategic objectives and identify improvement opportunities.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Build automated reporting solutions and data visualizations.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across dashboards.
• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Identify trends, patterns, and business insights to support decision‑making.
• Perform ad‑hoc analyses and present findings to stakeholders.
• Support the identification, assessment, and monitoring of operational and organizational risks.
• Prepare risk reports and dashboards for management.
• Prepare executive dashboards and management reports.
• Develop presentations and analytical materials for leadership meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or diploma degree in a related field.
• Prior experience in Business Intelligence, Performance Management, or Data Analytics.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Power BI.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (dashboard design and reporting).
• Strong knowledge of KPI development and performance measurement.
