Data Entry Officer – Accounts (Logistics/Administration)

About the role

The Data Entry Officer (Accounts) will support the Logistics & Administration Department of a leading mining company in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on accurate and timely entry of financial data, ensuring that all procurement, logistics and operational information is correctly recorded in the ERP system.

Key responsibilities

• Enter invoices, receipts, payments, journal vouchers and other accounting data into the ERP system.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, reconciliations and documentation.
• Maintain proper filing and record management of finance documents.
• Coordinate daily accounting activities with the Finance & Accounts team.
• Verify data accuracy, resolve discrepancies and support fixed‑assets, petty‑cash and expense tracking.
• Handle correspondence and provide administrative support for the Finance Department.
• Uphold confidentiality of company financial information and ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in an Accounts or Finance department.
• Saudi national; female candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP/accounting software.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Effective written and oral English communication.
