About the role

The Dean of Business will provide strategic and academic leadership for the College of Business, ensuring program quality, faculty performance, accreditation compliance, research excellence, and student success in alignment with the university’s strategic objectives and international standards. The position guarantees continuous development of business programs, aligning them with the university’s strategic objectives and international academic standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the College of Business and its academic programs.
• Develop and implement academic strategies and plans.
• Oversee faculty recruitment, performance, development, and workload.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and quality assurance requirements.
• Promote research, innovation, and industry partnerships.
• Enhance student experience, academic quality, and graduate employability.
• Manage the College’s budget and resources effectively.
• Represent the College in internal and external academic and professional engagements.
• Ensure the quality and continuous development of business programs in line with strategic objectives and international standards.
