Delivery Director – Commercial Office Projects

About the role

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a seasoned Delivery Director to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of its Commercial Office development. This senior position will ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, creating world‑class office spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full delivery lifecycle of commercial office projects from design through handover.
• Develop and implement comprehensive delivery plans aligned with corporate objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams—including architecture, engineering, procurement, and construction—to ensure seamless execution.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, regulatory agencies, and other external partners.
• Monitor progress, control risks, and resolve issues promptly to keep projects on schedule and budget.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Provide regular status reports, risk updates, and opportunity insights to senior management.
• Promote innovative and sustainable practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience delivering large‑scale commercial office or property development projects.
• Proven track record of managing complex construction projects to successful completion.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities with a collaborative mindset.
• Deep knowledge of construction methodologies, project management tools, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to navigate challenges proactively and deliver results in fast‑paced environments.
