Delivery Fit-Out Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Delivery Fit-Out Manager to lead the delivery of luxury fit‑out projects for high‑end hospitality and resort developments. The role will oversee the entire fit‑out lifecycle from design coordination through construction, quality governance, operational readiness and final handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead fit‑out delivery governance and execution oversight.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and specialist vendors.
• Manage mock‑ups, material approvals, inspections and QA/QC processes.
• Ensure compliance with approved designs, hospitality standards and operational requirements.
• Oversee snagging, de‑snagging and handover readiness.
• Coordinate fit‑out interfaces with MEP/ELV and specialist systems.
• Support digital handover, including O&M documentation, warranties and FM acceptance.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in construction or fit‑out delivery.
• Strong background in luxury hospitality, resorts or similar developments.
• Owner‑side, PMC or client‑representative experience preferred.
• Proven stakeholder management and reporting capabilities.

Required skills

• Experience with Common Data Environment platforms such as ACC, Aconex or Asite.
