Senior Planning Manager – Luxury Hotel Project

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Planning Manager to lead the planning and project controls for a luxury hotel construction project. The role ensures that schedules, resources, and budgets are aligned to deliver the project on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, and milestones.
• Create and manage detailed project schedules, perform critical‑path analysis, and allocate resources to meet timelines.
• Coordinate with project managers, stakeholders, and subcontractors to align labor, materials, equipment, and budgets.
• Identify risks and devise mitigation strategies to safeguard project delivery.
• Assist in budget preparation, cost estimation, monitor expenses and implement cost‑control measures.
• Implement quality‑assurance processes to ensure compliance with specifications, regulations, and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including plans, progress reports, change orders, and meeting minutes.
• Drive process improvements and best‑practice adoption in planning and execution.
• Facilitate communication among project teams, subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Support HSE initiatives and contribute to safety awareness and incident reporting.
