Delivery Project Manager / Construction Manager - Heritage Assets

About the role

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a seasoned Delivery Project Manager / Construction Manager to lead heritage‑asset projects. You will oversee the full lifecycle of construction initiatives, ensuring that historic sites are preserved while meeting the company’s quality, safety and sustainability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise heritage asset projects from concept to handover.
• Manage on‑site construction activities, collaborating with contractors, consultants and heritage specialists.
• Ensure compliance with heritage preservation guidelines, local regulations and international best practices.
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules, budgets and progress reports.
• Facilitate communication among government authorities, cultural agencies and internal teams.
• Implement risk‑management strategies specific to heritage projects.
• Conduct quality‑control inspections and oversee procurement of heritage‑specific materials.
• Lead health, safety and environmental management tailored to historic sites.
• Document and archive project progress, as‑built drawings and preservation records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience managing large‑scale construction or development projects.
• Proven site‑management experience working with supervision consultants and contractors.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of project‑management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
• PMP certification is desirable.
• Experience delivering construction projects in Saudi Arabia.
