Design Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Design Manager to lead and coordinate design activities for a high‑profile insulated panel project in Jeddah. The role combines technical expertise with leadership and stakeholder management to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all design activities from concept through execution.
• Liaise with consultants, architects, contractors and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines and quality standards.
• Review technical drawings, submittals and design documentation.
• Support value engineering and problem‑solving throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor design progress and report to project stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with local regulations and client requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 + years of experience in design management or project coordination.
• Experience in construction, façade, insulation or building‑envelope systems preferred.
• Strong understanding of design processes and technical coordination.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced project environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
