Development Operations Engineer

About the role

Rime is looking for a Development Operations Engineer to ensure the stability, speed, and reliability of its real‑time video and sensor data platform. You will work at the intersection of software engineering and operations, keeping our systems running efficiently 24/7 while supporting rapid client onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for backend services, frontend applications, and AI/computer‑vision models.
• Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform or Ansible, ensuring reproducibility and scalability.
• Improve developer experience by reducing build times, streamlining local environments, and removing operational bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with the AI team to automate the full machine‑learning lifecycle from training to production deployment.
• Integrate security testing (SAST/DAST) and secure secrets management into deployment pipelines.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
• Deep practical knowledge of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Ansible.
• Proficiency with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience implementing DevSecOps practices, including security testing and secrets management.
• Familiarity with MLOps concepts and the challenges of deploying AI and computer‑vision models.
