About the role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to shape and execute MOZN’s digital marketing strategy across its three business units – FOCAL, OSOS and MOZN Solutions. The role will own end‑to‑end online marketing activities, drive brand awareness, generate qualified demand and support revenue growth for our enterprise AI solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and run multi‑channel digital campaigns on websites, landing pages and paid platforms.
- Own the Mozn and FOCAL websites – content updates, UX optimisation, integrations and performance tracking.
- Plan and execute inbound and outbound lead‑generation programmes across paid, owned and earned channels.
- Manage paid advertising on Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, Bing and programmatic networks, from strategy to optimisation and reporting.
- Set up and maintain marketing automation workflows in HubSpot and Salesforce for lead nurturing, newsletters and account‑based campaigns.
- Maintain SEO/SEM strategies, implement CRO best practices and personalise user experiences.
- Oversee social media presence on LinkedIn, X (Twitter) and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor KPIs/OKRs, build dashboards and report on MQL‑to‑SQL conversion, channel ROI and pipeline influence.
Required profile
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS or AI‑focused digital marketing.
- Data‑driven mindset with a track record of delivering measurable demand‑generation results.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stay ahead of emerging marketing technologies.
