Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will join TestCrew’s Riyadh office to plan, execute and optimise digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation and customer engagement across target markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow TestCrew’s social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram.
• Coordinate online marketing activities, including content creation, email automation and paid media.
• Track, analyse and report on campaign performance using web‑analytics tools.
• Provide regular insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure messaging aligns with business objectives.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and emerging digital channels.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in digital and online marketing, including campaign planning and optimisation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects on‑site with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Background in B2B technology, software testing or quality engineering is a plus.
