Digital Sales Specialist

About the role

The Digital Sales Specialist will lead flynas’s online revenue growth by managing the website, mobile application and all digital marketing channels. You will plan, execute and optimise campaigns that drive direct bookings and enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a digital sales plan to increase online revenue.
• Identify new customer segments and launch targeted digital marketing campaigns.
• Maintain and optimise the website and mobile app, including content updates, landing page creation and A/B testing.
• Manage paid search campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing, focusing on ROI and CPC reduction.
• Design, monitor and report on digital media buying, retargeting and affiliate programmes.
• Execute SEO strategies, link‑building and keyword research using tools such as Google Search Console.
• Create and optimise email marketing flows to boost open rates and conversions.
• Analyse performance data, produce insights and adjust tactics to meet revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in driving online sales and revenue growth.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret digital performance metrics.
• Hands‑on experience managing e‑commerce platforms and mobile applications.

Required skills

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
• Google Ads, Bing Ads and Yahoo Ads campaign management.
• A/B testing and landing page development.
• Email marketing campaign creation and optimisation.
• Keyword research, link‑building and use of Google Search Console.
• Data analysis and performance reporting.
• Budget management and forecasting for digital campaigns.
• Retargeting program setup and optimisation.
