Director, Climate Change & Sustainability Services

About the role

EY is looking for a high‑performing Director to lead its Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) practice in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will shape and deliver ESG transformation programs for government entities, sovereign wealth portfolios, public institutions, and leading private‑sector organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale sustainability, ESG, climate and responsible‑business transformation engagements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, board members, regulators and government stakeholders.
• Oversee engagement quality, risk management, commercial performance and client satisfaction.
• Provide strategic guidance on sustainability strategy, ESG governance, climate risk, decarbonisation, reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Drive revenue growth and market expansion for the KSA CCaSS practice, identifying and converting new opportunities.
• Lead proposal development, RFP responses and strategic pursuits.
• Coach, mentor and develop managers and senior managers, contributing to recruitment and talent development.
• Represent EY at industry events, workshops and conferences, and contribute to thought‑leadership publications.

Required profile

• 12‑15+ years of relevant professional experience in sustainability, ESG, climate change, public‑sector transformation or strategy consulting.
• Proven track record leading complex consulting engagements for public and private sector clients.
• Strong client relationship and business‑development capabilities.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering high‑quality outcomes.
