Director - Landscape and Public Realm

About the role

Jasara Program Management Company, a joint venture between the Public Investment Fund, Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, is seeking a Director to lead landscape and public‑realm initiatives across its major infrastructure programmes. The role shapes the planning, coordination and delivery of high‑quality public spaces that support Vision 2030.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive landscape and public‑realm strategy for large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Oversee design coordination with consultants, contractors and government stakeholders.
• Ensure projects meet quality, budget and schedule targets.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams delivering parks, streetscapes and urban‑realm improvements.
• Engage with government authorities, executive sponsors and external partners to secure approvals and alignment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in landscape architecture, urban design or a related discipline.
• At least 18 years of experience leading landscape and public‑realm projects, including large‑scale parks and streetscapes.
• Proven track record delivering multi‑package infrastructure programmes.
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the broader GCC, with knowledge of local approvals and regulatory processes.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of design standards, sustainability principles and regulatory compliance for landscape and public‑realm projects.
