About the role

The Director of Marketing will shape and drive Neoleap’s marketing strategy, ensuring it aligns with overall business goals. This senior position is responsible for creating innovative campaigns that elevate the brand, attract customers, and improve marketing performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy in line with business objectives.
• Oversee all marketing campaigns, monitor performance against KPIs, and ensure effective delivery.
• Collaborate closely with the executive team to support corporate growth and strengthen brand positioning.
• Manage marketing budgets and resources to maximize return on investment.
• Guide, mentor, and develop the marketing team to achieve high performance.
• Participate in talent identification and recruitment for the marketing department.
• Set performance objectives, provide support, evaluate team members, and deliver regular feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior marketing leadership roles, such as Director or Head of Marketing.
• Strong track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable ROI.
• Excellent people‑management skills, including recruitment, coaching, and performance evaluation.
