Director of Marketing

About the role

This senior, commercially‑focused position is based in Saudi Arabia and reports to senior leadership. The Director of Marketing will own the full marketing strategy, turning brand awareness into measurable revenue and scalable growth across acquisition, conversion, retention, lifecycle, brand, content and community.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve a data‑driven marketing strategy aligned with company growth and revenue targets.
• Lead marketing analytics, reporting on channel performance, customer behavior, acquisition cost, ROAS, conversion and LTV.
• Own profitable customer acquisition, overseeing paid media, SEO and other growth channels while continuously testing and optimizing CAC and ROAS.
• Oversee e‑commerce and digital conversion performance, including landing pages, offers, booking journeys, mobile experiences and checkout.
• Build repeatable playbooks for launching and scaling new locations, coordinating with Operations on investment, inventory and seasonality.
• Develop retention and loyalty programs through email, SMS, memberships, referrals and re‑activation initiatives.
• Protect and evolve the brand, leading content, social, creator, influencer, PR and community activation strategies.
• Coach, mentor and develop the Marketing team while staying hands‑on with performance data and creative execution.

Required profile

• Proven senior marketing leadership experience in high‑growth, fast‑moving environments.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of turning brand initiatives into revenue.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Experience scaling marketing operations across multiple locations or markets.
