Director of Residence (Saudi National)

About the role

The Director of Residence will lead the complete homeowner and resident experience for Novotel Residences in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to senior hotel management, you will ensure that every stage of the resident journey – from pre‑move‑in to daily living – meets the high hospitality standards of the Novotel brand. This senior position requires a proactive, guest‑focused mindset and strong operational leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Strategically design and manage the resident journey across all phases, ensuring consistency and satisfaction.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve operational procedures, policies and training programs for residential services.
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with homeowners and residents, acting as the primary point of contact for all inquiries.
• Oversee all residential operations including maintenance, engineering, security, access control, concierge, housekeeping, amenities and common‑area management.
• Manage vendor and service‑provider contracts, monitor performance and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Control costs, prepare budgets and drive cost‑efficiency while preserving service excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in hospitality or residential property management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and manage multi‑disciplinary operations.
• Saudi national, as specified in the title.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
